Ive been trying to keep it a secret but I don’t have any money, so if my parents insurance could cover it It would really be great. My birthday is next month (Sept 28) and If I got it all checked out enough to where I could get a treatment to get rid of it I was gonna try to ask for it for my birthday

Its a brown patch on my face, its really been hindering my life. phycologicly, its not doing any harm physically, its purely cosmetic

I tried to get this birthmark lasered off when I was 8 (Im now 19)

Ive been doing some research and I think its called a “cafe au lait spot”

How much do you think this could run me, I know I can’t use insurance and I can’t get any help from my parents (I don’t wan them to know Im trying to get rid of it again) but my birthday is coming up and I was planning on using my B-Day money to get the work done.

In my research Ive seen that it would either be Microdermabrasion or Chemical Peel, which do you suggest, any other ideas?

How much time will either take, Will I have to wear a bandage or do something special (stay out of sun, ect) and for how long?

will it hurt?

I’ve had a problem with acne since I was 14 and am beginning to get a little depressed about the fact that it might never go away. My dermatologist doesn’t categorize my skin type as “mild acne” with whiteheads and the normal pimple. I have some scarring on my cheeks and rarely seem to break out on my forehead and nose. I mostly break out on my chin and inner cheeks, when I break out it tends to be those irritating pimples that hurt when you touch them. I’ve honestly tried everything, proactive, prescriptions drugs, over the counter, some natural things, light treatments, microdermabrasion, and the list goes on. I’m sick and tired of wasting hundreds of dollars on crap products that do NOTHING for me. I will pay top dollar for products or treatments if I have strong feelings that it’ll work but nothing seems to work for me.

Please help me, I’m pretty healthy too, I drink a lot of water, I’l admit I don’t eat that much fruit and vegetables though, I do eat lots of pasta!
